Hey Guys! I'm Sidney. 16. Sophomore. This blog was made to inspire me on my journey to fitness! I've struggled with my weight for most of my life. I always made excuses and found new reasons why I should start working out later rather than sooner. One day I realized that I just couldn't keep living like this. So I'm making a change. Not just temporary to change my weight, but permanent to change my lifestyle.
